Why stop there?

Black players (players of color) should always get the black piece and therefore be able to go first.
Let's just ignore the part about assuming 'low expectations' for them.


I propose that Magnus Carlson start a chess outreach program to communities of color (Compton, Harlem, South & West Side of Chicago). I am sure he will be welcomed into those areas with open firearms.

The white pieces should be painted with the colors of the rainbow, for the LGBT. Like that, the racists would not be involved in the game.

This reminds me of years ago, the feminists were complaining that the since the Queen could move more than any piece it did the most work. As if it was discrimination against 'her'. And they wanted the rules changed.
