For those of you who are CC nerds, they re-released Win7-8-10 compatible digital d/l versions of CC 2-4 and a couple later Matrix remakes on GOG:

Almost all of us met each other playing CC.

That the game still has the same issues after so many years is rather embarrassing to the ppl who built it I'd think.

I take back my post here.

Had a lot of fun playing CC.

Best memory is vs thirsty w/ Karen pointing at the screen yelling where to move ppl. Not kidding that was a dambed good time.

As with so many other PC games, I enjoyed the idea of it more than playing for terribly long.

With CC, I'd inevitably run into an annoying bug, or nearly as annoying pathfinding issue, and ragequit.

Think I did CC multi-player a couple times, back in the '90s, but don't recall going at it with you guys. Was never into it for very long, at a stretch. Didn't start running into you ass-blasters until Matrix forums way back around 2001.

Some of those maps were fantastic. There was a user map based on the fight in Saving Private Ryan that was fantastic.

That Kremlin map was cool too. I was playing a mp game on a Russian urban map and had an engineer squad hiding behind TWO big ass stone walls and a Russian assault gun..SU-152 I think... put a round through both walls 1 second after the flag went up and killed the whole squad. Bastard KNEW I would put infantry in there and he KNEW the SU-152 would kill the all. I think he was Finnish...GD cheater.

Pegasus bridge map was cool too.
