"Pay what you want" at Humble Bundle, which also includes two other games.

OOTP 18 (fanciest baseball manager out there)
Rebuild 3: Gangs of Deadville (zompocalypse fortress turn-based strategy)
Simple Planes (airplane constructor)

Link

Probably Steam keys.

Plus there are more bundles games added the higher you go. Such as Plague Inc Evolved, Train Simulator 2017, and some others, currently at $5.57.

I had some good fun with OOTP 15. Changed the rules around and allowed myself to recruit just about the FINEST 1915 Dream Team and won the World Series a couple times in a row! :)

Are the graphics getting better as the numbers get bigger 15 -> 16 -> 17 -> 18

The game mechanics and detail in the database side are laudable but the screen itself is about as much fun as watching Visual Studio in debug mode

They're text sims. I'm not sure what you want out of them regarding better graphics. :|

OOTP started getting official MLB backing last year, so it now comes with official logos, fields, etc in the graphics. At the end of the day, it's still a sports management text sim, so you'll still be examining numbers, statistics, and charts galore the vast majority of the time, or all the time if you're like me and just auto-sim the actual games.
