I expect their rearrangement of the US cruiser line will just be for the purposes of making more ships to grind, and not improving those that have desperately needed it.

Their UI has always been a slow, sluggish, and regularly buggy PoS. It's especially noticeable in the port screen when changing ships or loadout tabs.

Hopefully their recent updates will make it less shittastic in the performance department, but I don't have much in the way of expectations.

Trying to take advantage of my short 4 day free Premium run:

I took the Warspite out because she is a money maker and I only have 18 hrs of Premium left:














The enemy CV had a hardon for me, making repeated torp and dive bombing runs on me.
I took 4 torpedoes and 2 bomb hits from him.....not only did I survive but I shot down 12 of his planes (10 torpedo planes and 2 bombers) but I also inflicted almost 29,000 in damage on his Zuiho.

This game put me over the top for the "Power of the Purr" challenge going which earned me a Premium Hashidate cruiser.

Doesn't it just piss you off when you're getting attacked by the enemy carrier half the match, and when you finally kill off his teammates, and get close to murderizing that asshole, the match ends. Thus saving the punk some extra damage costs.

Dunno how many times we've been robbed of vengeful satisfaction.

Remember they changed it long ago, now you pay the exact same if your ship is sunk or if you suffer not a scratch per match. No extra costs involved.

Only thing you do is effect his death stats.

I've been grinding up the British battleship line and am on the Orion right now.

She's a decent Tier IV battleship but her gun turret traverse is slower than molasses.
You have to decide which side you have them pointed when you load in and then pretty much stick with that the rest of the battle.

I did have a sweet battle with her yesterday:




You dread being a slow ass battleship and seeing that there are two carriers on each side, so killing both of them is a rare treat.
