Not the least surprised. I think anyone other than the BBs With Blinders could see that this would continue to happen no matter how many nerfs.

The question is.. will Wargaming.net keep caving to all the "nerf!" cries?

I'm in a holding pattern, waiting to see just how far down the World Of Battleships rail this thing will go. Already half checked-out due to it seemingly like another of this developer's multi-player games slowly being ruined by their own hand over time.

Well, 6.3 was not horrible. 6.4 they are slapping a small nerf on the Khab...........finally even though it got a hefty buff in 6.3 when they gave the damn thing BB repair skill in place of smoke. Like that thing is not hard enough to kill as it is, they go and give the ability to heal itself.

Nerf is it's rudder shift will be even worse than it already is, from 6.1 sec to 11.1 sec. Khab is a no skill level DD actually, hit speed boost, stay at close to max firing range and blast away with the guns. Of course I ran mine earlier and got like 8-9 torpedo hits with the thing. Only got like 190 or so shell hits and a meager 6 fires for 34,000 damage. Did over 80 thou in torpedo damage.

Germans got a buff to DD's in 6.3. Now our gun bloom is our firing range instead of 6km past our firing range. Most DD are just staying gun silent and torpedo soup all over the map from stealth. Get spotted, cut and run to disappear.

6.4 Shima is getting a small buff to torpedo detection range. Something like 1.9km down to 1.7km. LOL

French cruisers are incoming to give the BBabies more squishy targets to shoot at. They are fast (think one does like 36knots or something), have super fast guns at like 1000fps shells but have wet paper for armor. Hindenburg and I think Roon getting a small buff to bow armor to make them a little more tanky on the bow.

New Orleans is getting a detection buff 12.42km to 11.82km

Mogami 155mm turret speed huge buff from 51.4 sec to 36 sec

Been playing on the test server. Nice to finally be able to play with ships I don't have yet on my main account. Played with the Tier 9 German BB, god that rudder shift sucks ass. Also been playing with the Tier 9 Russian Cruiser DM Donkey. Slow ass reload on her guns something like 11 seconds. They pack a bit of punch though.

Seeing a crap load of Tier 9 French cruisers, but that ship is a reward for playing test server. Think it is win 10 battles and you get to play around with her. You have to win so many with each nations ship. One each German, British, Russian and like 2 each US and Japanese. So maybe 7 wins or some such.

The DM Donkey is mine...........Tier 9 Russian Cruiser. Here is the first active server review. I ran her a few times on the test server.

First, she be fast. With a speed flag equipped she zips along at 37.8 knots. I be running down destroyers in this thing. I gave my captain conceal expert so her detection is down to 13.7 from her stock 16 and change. I used the last slot for the last rudder upgrade instead of the conceal mod. Her rudder shifts at 5.1 seconds for a hard over and she needs it with a beefy 760 meter turn circle. Her AA is a decent 67 with no flag or AA mod equipped. She has (5) 8km torpedo launcher on each side, but those are not her main weapons. You get close enough to use those, you screwed up bad.

Her main weapon of choice are her guns. 4 turrets of 3 180mm guns give her a decent slapping power. HE is a 2500 damage with 13% fire. Her AP is 4400. She reloads in 12.5 seconds without a reload mod. I went with the aiming mod. Turret rotation is 20.7 seconds for a 180 spin. Now mine is equipped to sling napalm out to 20.6km so even island campers are not safe from me. I had one dude cussing up a storm trying to shoot back at me from like 18km away as I zipped along at a zesty 37 knots, while I rained napalm all over him and his friends.

Overall she is a fun ship to drive. Stay at range and just shoot away with the odd rudder shift tossed in. Be careful escorting friendly DD's as I was gaining on my forward DD's at full speed. But it does help to get you both into trouble and out of trouble quickly. I zipped a zesty 10km to save a Shima being harassed by CV planes as he sped to me. I shot down 8-20 of the buggers and he did not take any hits from them.

6.4 has arrived and with it the French cruisers. I used some free XP and zipped to Tier 6. First battle, not bad. She is slow at 31 knots, decent on wiggle, but not great. Rudder stock is like 7.7 seconds or so. I took speed boost for a module. French cruisers have the speed boost as a consumable.

Guns, decent, turret rotation excellent. My turrets do a 180 in 14.3 seconds, guns reload in 10 seconds. HE damage is 2200 with nice speed and trajectory, fire chance 12%. AP does 3300 with same flat trajectory. She is squishy though. But I lived in our defeat. I got drug up into tier 8 match and lived so she is not horrible.

Now stats on the Tier 10 are scary. She will do like 44 knots when she kicks in speed boost and hangs a speed flag on her. Her HE will make the Russians and Japanese cry with envy, move over Zao. 3400 Damage with a whopping 22% fire chance.......STOCK. Stock gun range is 19km with that ship, her AP will do 6200, so she beats the Germans. AA sucks ass with a 57 rating. Use demo expert on her and some fire flags and she will be up near 30% fire chance.

She's French though. How does she perform at turning around and running the other way? ;-)

And can you put a custom flag on her?

Well I can tell you the Tier 6 and 7 are slow as shit........31 knots full bore without using a speed boost. But since they gave that "trait" to the French, I wonder what they will do for any Italian ships they throw in. Always thought the Italians were the speed demons.

Tier VII French cruise. Squishy but few cruiser's are not squishy. I have tanked nose on shots and some angled shots. Her guns are decent, now 8 inchers. You have 4 turrets of 2 guns. Reload is 12 seconds. Going from memory on this, turret rotation is 25 seconds I believe, has 35,600 HP, HE does 2800 damage with a 15% fire chance, AP is like 4400 or so. Range is good at 17.9km. Detection is like 13km. She has 2X3 torp launchers with great firing angles, 9km range and like 60 knots. Torpedo reload in 90 seconds.

Her speed will get up to 37 knots if you hang a speed flag on her and use the speed boost. Her rudder shift is decent at like 7. For a Tier 7, I am enjoying her. Few Tier 7 cruisers did I enjoy except the Brits.

Now granted all these numbers are with low end commanders so stuff can change as they level up and I add skills to them.
