Spoiler...Admiral Ackbar gets replaced by some purple haired gender studies professor.

Mark Hamill seems to "like" it . . . ??

This conversation is clearly too informative and well grounded for my taste.

Rey is awful. An utterly unlikeable bitch. Not exactly a heroine.

And it's not because she's a girl. It's because she's awful. Jyn Urso was also a girl, but I actually liked her.

Turns out Rey really is just a Mary Sue character. It seems the sjw's have got their hooks into Star Wars now, the men are fuck ups and strong women are there to save the day. All those negative reviews must have been posted by stupid old white males angry that their childhood got ruined. The Force is female now shitlords, deal with it.

I saw the original 27 times in the theater when I was like . . . whatever 15 year old . . . I also partook of all the trilogy eagerly (albeit diminishingly so). By the time the Prequels started to come out, I was already a bit jaded and disconnected. Meh, they were fun to look at and not a complete "waste" of money, but there were many flaws and bad choices made. By the time the final Prequel was out, I was fully "Don't give a shit. Chuckle." and that has not changed.

I'm probably the worst kind of voyeur though because I'm probably the exact audience for the anti-Disney trolling! I find it hilarious as fuck to see ham-fisted attempts to relive glory days or build revenue on top of golden brand loyalty by mutating it into sulfur. Bring the memes!

Cash grabbers gonna grab . . .

You're right. I didn't think her character was all that compelling in the first one.

And the dumbo-eared grown boy playing the featured antagonist made me roll my eyes more than think of him as some super badass. Vader he certainly fucking isn't.

Hell.. most of the characters are blah. Then they go kill off the few that I enjoy. :x

Mark Hamill's reaction after watching the premier of The Last Jedi. He looks like he wants to force choke director Rian Johnson...
