Basically, a high-school aged girl (17-ish) and her younger (12-ish) brother are hustled into an underground bunker by their father when a rain-dispersed lethal virus gets loose on the world. After 5 years in the bunker, they emerge and "On the Road Through Post-Apocalyptic Scandinavia" is the result.

2018 is the first season. I watched Episode 1. Not bad. Good production values. Decent plot. Has potential.

So far, 2.5 headbangs out of four. I will revise upward or downward after seeing a few more episodes.

The protagonists are all adults. The general plot thread is your typical apocalyptic contagion story/on the road with the survivors.

So if you like the "how we survived [or not] the apocalypse" fiction you'd probably like it. It's similar to The Walking Dead in some ways, but no undead.

Yes, I watched up to episode 5. It is considerably more sophisticated than my first take. I retract my original teen apocalypse series criticism. I think the writers DELIBERATELY feigned the teen apocalypse genre. Plus, there are titties in episode 5...but not very big.

Definitely worth watching.

About the only one that may not be is the blonde with braces... Lea (Jessica Dinnage) .... the one whose backstory is she's a date-rape victim.

So far it's more a psychological drama than an apocalyptic show but it's quite enjoyable. It does rather well BECAUSE of the absence of gratuitous display of flesh.
