There is no evidence of paleolitic hunter gatherers having violent encounters.

The biggest mistake of human history, invention of agriculture allowed bigger population and hence the concept of ownership of land. That was the time when wars started. And slavery.

A hunter gatherer worked less than four hours a day and did eat very healthy food. How about the early farmers, the inventors? Not so, the the later the enslaved farmers did even worse.

Was that a good thing?

Class society and such. I don't really find it a good thing.

I have different ideas for the future. ;)

Am prone to believe his views over yours because of his creds.

As for "Oh boy, you know so little. Oh, you know all with your god.", so true, that's why I rely on men like Prof. Ian Morris.

Now you refer to another person.

You should be able to make an argument by yourself, can you?

I don't buy your Desmond Morris in this context, though I have read one book of his.

But then you believe in authority, be it Desmond Morris, g-d or whatever.

Try to do argumentation with what you know, not with you believe in.

So it goes.

Naturally I rely on others, just like I rely on Einstein for the theory of relativity.

By the way, if read my quote you'll find it's Ian Morris, not Desmond Morris that I'm using as a reference.

Besides there are two other Prof./author's I've referenced on this thread.

Well, I am OK, you referring to Einstein. No problems there.

But the problem is that you bring up some shady persons, or shady videos.

That is just not good enough. Scientific, peer reviewed stuff do.

And I will not watch your hour long pseudo whatever videos any more.

You are a charlatan, only some dim videos with you.

You are mocking the g-d.

But what say you, to defend your position?

Try something, if you can.

I did not watch the whole video through. But your guy is agreeing with some other guys that inventing agriculture changed things. Some historians actually call the invention of agriculture the biggest mistake of human race.

Agriculture and more concentrated power systems enabled more structured violence that we call war. War does not come from a vacuum and create order.

Ei kiivetä perse edellä puuhun - don't climb a tree with your arse upwards.

But the difference between with us is that you take your authorities as the final word, while I take mine as sources of ideas that can and must be developed.

You seek for final answers, I seek for more and deeper understanding.

No hard feelings. ;)

PS.
