You could be right.

Schiff or other Democrats will not invite him.
And Schiff will have a veto over any witnesses that Republicans can invite.

Quote:
[Vindman] told House investigators that Ukrainian government officials had repeatedly asked him about the role of Mr. Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and whether he speaks for the U.S. government. Mr. Giuliani had been “making demands,” this person said, in summarizing Col. Vindman’s testimony, and the Ukrainian government wanted to know how to handle him.

Col. Alexander Vindman responded by telling the government in Kyiv that Mr. Giuliani doesn’t speak for the National Security Council and that he was only authorized by his boss, then-national security adviser John Bolton to discuss policy directives. Col. Vindman offered Mr. Zelensky some personal advice while attending his May 2019 inauguration not to get entangled in U.S. domestic politics, the person familiar with Col. Vindman’s testimony said.

Why is a uniformed officer in the United States Army offering advice to a foreign government?
Was that part of his official duties?

It's appropriate for him to essentially have no comment on Giuliani's role.

As for the advice the Ukrainians stay out of US politics....hah....a bit fucking late for that after 2016 and shoveling payola at the relatives of Biden and Lurch and others.

Brit Hume tweet:

This from the article: “he was deeply troubled by what he interpreted as an attempt by the president to subvert U.S. foreign policy...” There is a huge fallacy in this. Anyone know what it is?

So Vindman testified that he was concerned that Trump was attempting to subvert US foreign policy?

Vindman apparently must have failed high school civics class.

It is the President who sets what US foreign policy is. That is his prerogative under the US Constitution.
So Trump was attempting to subvert himself?

Exemplifies the complete lack of comprehension of WHAT America IS. The nonsense BS of the Obama years is supposed to be "THE WAY" from here on out, but fuck that shit! If we the people want to vote in motherfucking Genghis Khan that is our prerogative, and we should EXPECT him to fulfill his campaign promises too!

I've seen happier faces at funerals. Of course the would probably have happier faces if it had been Trump's funeral. I don't know how anyone who bothers to get all the facts can't see that the Democrats are trying to usurp the government.

Schiff and other Democrats:

'The whistleblower's identity must be protected'

Schiff's Congressional staff released the secret hearing transcript but failed to redact the whistleblower's name:
