"Oversight" my ass. The Dems look at Bernie and Bootyjudge and they just say...."oh fuck..we are so screwed". Biden is a Betty bomber with both engines on fire flying 50 feet off the deck at 150 mph and still 5 miles from the target with 82 5 inch dual purpose guns locked on ...meanwhile he is telling the crew about black kids rubbing his leg hairs.

At the same time Trump is releasing hundreds of drug dealers and street thugs in the cause of sentencing reform while the Mueller leftovers try to throw Roger Stone in prison until he stops breathing.
Democrats seems so outraged that Roger Stone might be getting reduced jail time (for a conviction to a non-violent crime).

Meanwhile last September we heard the following from Joe Biden:

“Nobody should be in jail for a nonviolent crime,”

Roger Stone’s defense team should be introducing Joe Biden’s quote into any motion they make for a reduced jail term. ;)

You can call it also "digging dirt".

But what is really the difference in this case?

Impeachment would have undone an election result, but "dirt digging" does an election result, hopefully.

Funny that Trump is doing own goals all the time in this respect; like during last week.

On what grounds?

If you want to redo the Senate impeachment trial on the grounds of prosecutorial incompetence then you need to take that up with Schiff-for-brains.

Senators publicly declaring what they would vote before seeing any evidence, without hearing any witnesses.

When Bolton's book will be out next month I expect the House to subpoena Bolton. Or what do you think?

Or perhaps Trump will ban the book? ;)

<facepalm> One doesn't "redo" a trial when the defendant is found not guilty.

I don't think Nero quite grasps the concept of "due process"

WTF are you talking about.

House Democrats delivered 28,000 pages of documents and evidence to the US Senate before the Senate trial started:

House Dems to deliver 28,000 pages of their trial record to Senate
The managers plan to deliver their trial record for the official senate record this morning around 9:30.

It's more than 28,000 pages
Click the link above to watch a video Schiff-for-brains and his team wheel carts of materials over to the Senate.

Here is a screenshot of that:

What do you think is loaded onto those two carts? Nadler's lunch?

Additionally, if you had bothered actually watching any of the Senate Trial, you would have seen the many video clips that the House Dems played during those proceedings.
Those were videos of testimony given by witnesses during the House phase of the impeachment.

Hey Nero,

What do you think that Schiff is holding up here during the Senate trial?

Image

That is part of the thousands and thousands of pages of documents (evidence) that the House Dem impeachment managers brought to the Senate trial.
