But which one do you support, Argentina or Island? ;)

Huh.

Well they have both humilated England in the past, but in the spirit of the game, no hard feelings. ;)

As a Brit I am inclined to root for the underdog, so it would be nice to see Iceland get a win. On the other hand, this is probably the last chance to see Messi at his international best, so a difficult choice. I will have to toss a coin...

How do you toss a draw? ;)

Taxi ploughs into crowd of ‘World Cup fans’ in Moscow leaving eight injured Joe RobertsSaturday 16 Jun 2018 5:33 pm

A taxi has crashed into a crowd of World Cup fans in central Moscow, leaving eight people reportedly injured.

According to Russian media, the fans were made up of Mexican supporters waiting to watch their team play Germany tomorrow.

The driver has been arrested after reportedly trying to flee the scene.

Moscow Police has said the man likely lost control of the vehicle.

The Moscow Traffic Authority says the taxi driver has a Kyrgyzstan driving licence.

Another article said that the driver may have been drunk:

Quote:
At least seven people have been injured after the vehicle ran into a group of pedestrians in the capital, Russian news agency TASS reports.

A source told Interfax the driver may have been drunk.

A witness said some of those hit by the taxi were wearing Mexican team colours.

Moscow Police said the driver likely lost control of the vehicle rather than deliberately steering his car into the crowd.

Pictures released by the Moscow Traffic Authority show the taxi came to a stop next to a knocked-down traffic sign.

The driver of the taxi has been detained, officials said.

They added the driver had a licence from the Central Asian nation of Kyrgyzstan.

Mexico wins.

Never seen Mexico play so well, especially the 1st period. German diesel didn't warm up enough.
