She alleges THREE rapes on three different occasions.

Hmmmm????? Did he have her locked in a dungeon? Antonio Brown is a piece of work but this seems like a gold-digging strategy to me.

It could be.

From what I understand, she has filed a civil lawsuit, and perhaps NOT a criminal complaint.

From reading an article at SI.com apparently the first instance was just a kiss and some unwanted fondling. Second time he was behind her while she was bent over doing something and he masturbated and ejaculated onto her back. She quit her duties as his trainer then but later after an apology and much begging she went back to work for him where he then actually raped her during a training session.

OK, that is a more plausible story. At least it explains why she persisted in "working" for him.

Since I am not a female I can’t really put myself in her mind but....
Unwanted kiss——I suppose that I could accept his apology and give him another chance...
Him jacking off and spooging on my back—-that’s it...no more chances after that.

It may be a plausible story, but WOW, to believe it you must be certain in your conviction that the woman is a complete idiot.

Agreed. Some odd motivation going on there. It is very likely she was angling for a pay day.

Federal judge blocks California law to force disclosure of Trump’s tax returns

By JOHN MYERS SACRAMENTO BUREAU CHIEF
SEP. 19, 2019 1:32 PM

SACRAMENTO — A federal judge ordered a temporary injunction Thursday against California’s first-in-the-nation law requiring candidates to disclose their tax returns for a spot on the presidential primary ballot, an early victory for President Trump but a decision that will undoubtedly be appealed by state officials.

U.S. District Judge Morrison England Jr. said he would issue a final ruling in the coming days but took the unusual step of issuing the tentative order from the bench. He said there would be “irreparable harm without temporary relief” for Trump and other candidates from the law signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom in July.

Morrison spent much of the court proceeding on the question of whether a longstanding federal financial disclosure law preempts any additional rules that a state could impose.

The federal law, known as the Ethics In Government Act, or EIGA, was originally passed in 1978 and applies to a range of top federal officials. Trump has filed the annual report, most recently in May, which provides an overview of his finances.
Continued at above link

While this is only a temporary injunction, it’s my understanding that temporary injunctions are generally granted in circumstances where the plaintiff filing has a likelihood prevailing on their overall lawsuit.

So at this point, it appears that existing federal laws regarding candidate disclosure requirements for federal office preempt any additional requirements that a state wishes to impose on those candidates.

California CAN impose a requirement to disclose 5 years of income tax returns on candidates running for Governor, because that is a state office, not a federal office.

The judge also had a good point in asking whether states imposing these sort of requirements would not be overly burdensome because you would inevitably run into a hodge lodge of different laws (one state requiring 2 years, another 5; one state requiring only the main IRS forms, another requiring additional Schedules X, Y and Z, etc.).

For once Trump says something that is partially true: Trump Says ‘Everybody’ (Except Him) Has Read Whistleblower’s Report, And ‘They Laugh At It’.

The true part is that Trump has not read the report. The rest is somewhat more difficult to substantiate.

The video’s title, “Can Donald Trump read?” Is preposterous.
