Mexican National Charged in Oregon Farm Shooting Was Deported 6 Times

by BREITBART NEWS2 Jul 2016

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Mexican national charged with aggravated murder in the shooting deaths of three people at a rural Oregon blueberry farm had been deported six times, most recently in 2013, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Bonifacio Oseguera-Gonzalez, 29, has no significant prior criminal convictions, but ICE asked Oregon authorities to turn him over to them if he’s released from custody in the current case, the agency said in a statement to The Associated Press on Friday.

Oseguera-Gonzalez pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated murder and one count of attempted murder Tuesday in Marion County Superior Court.

His attorney, Deborah Burdzik, did not immediately return a call seeking comment about his immigration status.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump tweeted about the case Friday, saying the suspect “should have never been here.”

Two men who lived at the blueberry farm in the Willamette Valley town of Woodburn, in northwest Oregon, died at the scene of Monday’s shooting. The third victim, the girlfriend of another resident who was not home at the time, was pronounced dead at a hospital.

A third man was seriously wounded but survived and is able to speak with investigators.

The Oregon State Police arrested Oseguera-Gonzalez a few hours later on Interstate 84 in the Columbia River Gorge, about 100 miles northeast of Woodburn.

He acknowledged to authorities in an interview that he shot four people, according to a probable cause statement.

The victims were identified as Ruben Rigoberto-Reyes, 60; Edmundo Amaro-Bajonero, 26; and Katie Gildersleeve, 30, of Logsden.

Authorities have released few details about the case, including the relationship between Oseguera-Gonzalez and the victims, and have declined to specify a motive.

"significant"

What's a few dozen B&Es and a couple of assault convictions? It's nothing. Pshaw.

It comes to this. Get control over the border, or else start executing these creatures rather than deporting them or paying for their prison costs.

Sanctuary State’s Deported Alien Suspected in Kidnapping, Murder

by BOB PRICE
25 Feb 2017
Bridgeport, CT

Pennsylvania police arrested a previously deported criminal alien from Connecticut suspected in the murder of his wife, assault of another woman, and kidnapping his daughter. The entire State of Connecticut has been certified by the Department of Justice (DOJ) as a sanctuary jurisdiction.

Police in the Keystone State arrested Oscar Obedio Hernandez, 39, after Bridgeport police issued an amber alert for his daughter, 6-year-old Aylin Hernandez. Police in his resident town of Bridgeport issued the alert after being called to his home. Upon arriving at the scene, police discovered the body of the child’s mother, Nidia Gonzalez. Police suspect Hernandez for stabbing Gonzalez to death, the Hartford Courant reported. Another woman, said to be a friend, was also stabbed repeatedly. She is expected to survive her wounds, Fox News reported.

“He was removed from the United States by ICE officers in Hartford on Nov. 27, 2013,” Shawn Neudauer, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesman, said in a statement reported by the Courant. “He has prior felony convictions from 2002 for assault and threatening, as well as several misdemeanor convictions. ICE has placed an immigration detainer with the Bridgeport Police Department.”

Following a months’ long effort by Congressman John Culberson (R-TX), the DOJ certified the entire state of Connecticut as a sanctuary jurisdiction – making them ineligible to receive federal law enforcement grants. He said jurisdictions like Connecticut, California, and the other eight jurisdictions certified not to be in compliance with federal law, must “choose between protecting criminal aliens and receiving federal funds.”

Just two days ago, Breitbart News’ Warner Todd Huston reported Connecticut Governor Dannel Maloy sent a memo to law enforcement agencies advising them not to detain a criminal alien based on their immigration status. The sanctuary state governor insisted police should not treat immigration detainers as an official order or warrant. He continued, advising law enforcement officials to deny federal immigration authorities access to criminal aliens in their custody.

Hernandez was not unknown to local police. He had previously been served with a protective order from involving another woman who was not involved in this week’s case.

Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim, a convicted felon who was re-elected to his job after serving seven years in a federal prison after a 16-count corruption conviction, thanked the police for their rapid action to secure the missing girl.

Police in Pennsylvania spotted Hernandez’ Hyundai about 300 miles from his Connecticut home. A state police trooper initiated a traffic stop, but Hernandez reportedly refused to yield. Other troopers soon joined the pursuit, according to the Courant.

Hernandez eventually lost control and crashed his car into a tractor trailer. The pursuing trooper crashed his vehicle into the rear of Hernandez’ car, and another police vehicle struck the trooper’s car. Aylin Hernandez suffered minor injuries in the crash, Fox News reported.

Immigration officials placed an immigration hold on Hernandez. Bridgeport officials have not indicated if they will honor the detainer. Bridgeport spokesperson Rowena White said Hernandez’ immigration status “was not part of the conversation today.” She called it a separate issue from the current investigation.

Ummmmmmm....bzzzt! I'd say it SHOULD be part of the "conversation" because the victim would still be alive if Bridgeport had cooperated with ICE instead of releasing a 5x loser and convicted felon. Of course, she can't really complain at this point.

Even the mayor is a convicted felon. Nice town.

Members of Notorious MS-13 Gang Indicted in Killings of Teenage Best Friends, 5 Others

The seven slayings covered by the indictments include the deaths of Nisa Mickens and Kayla Cuevas, teenage best friends whose bodies were found feet apart in Brentwood last year

By Greg Cergol

Authorities will announce the federal indictments of several alleged MS-13 gang members on murder and other charges in connection with the slayings of seven people, including two teenage best friends, in the crime-plagued town of Brentwood, according to a high-ranking police source familiar with the investigation.

The source told NBC 4 New York that FBI and Suffolk police carried out joint raids at multiple locations known to be connected to the notorious Salvadoran MS-13 gang Thursday morning and arrested at least four people. More arrests were possible.

Police Step up Fight Against Gang Violence in Brentwood

Additional details are expected to be released at a noon news briefing. The source tells NBC 4 New York the indictments will include charges of murder and other crimes in the deaths of seven people in the small Long Island community, including teenage best friends Nisa Mickens and Kayla Cuevas.

Mickens' brutally beaten body was found on a tree-lined street in Brentwood Sept. 13, a day before her 16th birthday. A day later, the beaten body of Cuevas, her lifelong friend, was discovered in the wooded backyard of a nearby home. Investigators had suspected the young girls -- best friends with a passion for basketball -- were victims of gang violence but the cases had gone unsolved prior to Thursday's development.

The bodies of Mickens and Cuevas were found during a terrifying six-week period for the community, during which police also discovered the remains of Oscar Acosta, 19, Miguel Garcia-Moran, 15, and 18-year-old Jose Pena-Hernandez. All five were students at Brentwood High School. Acosta and Garcia-Moran had been missing for several months before their bodies were found near Long Island Rail Road tracks Sept. 26. Pena-Hernandez, who was found dead in early October, was a known MS-13 member, officials said.

Over the last few months, Suffolk authorities have arrested or re-arrested more than 130 MS-13 members on a variety of charges as part of a larger takedown, though none had been charged with the students' killings. Many of the suspects were in the state and federal system already.

Suffolk Police Commissioner Timothy Sini is expected to say Thursday the latest arrests are not the end of the investigation into MS-13, but a milestone in the department's continuing effort to eradicate gang violence.

The international MS-13 gang originated in California, then spread across the country, with a particularly heavy presence on Long Island, in Queens and in parts of northern New Jersey. Many of its estimated 70,000 members are undocumented immigrants who have been deported after arrests on charges including drug and human trafficking, murder and racketeering.

The group has been blamed for at least 30 killings on Long Island since 2010.

But I thought these were just young immigrants looking to make a better life for themselves and to contribute to the community.......

I don't think that MS-13 was Mexican.
I believe that they are Central Americans (mostly Salvadorans)

To your point though, it's amazing how this gang's influence has spread:
Quote:
In the U.S., the MS-13 has an especially heavy presence in Los Angeles County and the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California; the Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas of Fairfax County, Virginia, Montgomery County, Maryland, and Prince George's County, Maryland; Queens, New York; Long Island, New York; Newark, New Jersey, Plainfield, New Jersey; Jersey City, New Jersey; Elizabeth, New Jersey; the Boston, Massachusetts area; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Houston, Texas. There is also a presence of MS-13 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

It appears I couldn't have been more wrong. Oh well, they all look the same to me... Just kidding. Some of my best friends are Hispanic gang members. ;)

When I was a little kid, for a short time living only a couple of miles from Brentwood LI, The Mob and the cops would have never let them get a foothold.

Obama’s DOJ Protected Alien Child Rapist Now Accused of Murder

An illegal alien who allegedly twice raped his 15-year-old stepdaughter now stands accused of murdering the girl after Obama’s Department of Justice refused to prosecute him on human smuggling charges. ICE officers were never able to deport the man despite a lengthy criminal history that includes charges of assault, burglary, and human smuggling.

Many opportunities to prevent the needless rape and murder of a young Texas girl slipped by the wayside before 36-year-old Armando Rodrigo Garcia-Ramirez twice impregnated his victim, Jennifer Delgado. In 2008, police arrested the Mexican national for assault. A local prosecutor chose to drop the charges, the Washington Times reported. In 2009, Garcia-Ramires found himself in custody – this time, charged with assault. Prosecutors also dismissed this charge.

In 2011, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers took arrested the man and attempted to deport him. A judge granted the man bond and released him. No further information about this case is currently available.

ICE officers took another shot at deporting Garcia-Ramirez in 2016 after he was arrested and charged with smuggling five illegal aliens into the country. ICE officers arrested him and asked the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas to press charges. Claiming the lack of a good witness, the U.S. Attorney declined to prosecute.

By this time, the 36-year-old man had already fathered a child with the teenage girl who he would later kill, the Daily Mail reported. One month later, he impregnated the girl again.

Despite his criminal history, Garcia-Ramirez applied for legal status. The Obama Administration granted him a work permit.

In early March, Garcia-Ramirez asked the teenage girl’s mother to meet him at a bank so that he could give her some money they had been arguing over. The mother, identified in court records as “O,” left Delgado and her baby at home while she went to meet him at the bank.

Instead of meeting “O” at the bank, Garcia-Ramirez went to the house and shot the 9-month pregnant girl twice, killing her and her unborn child. He left the 1-year-old child unharmed and fled the scene, the Daily Mail reported.

“O” called him to ask where he was and he told her he was near her apartment. He said he couldn’t live without her and shot himself with his .22 caliber handgun.

Police arrived and found the man alive. He sustained a bullet wound to his chin. Police reported he held the pistol in the air and pulled the trigger and then collapsed. An ambulance transported the man to a local hospital where he received treatment for his self-inflicted wound.

The two responding officers then went to the apartment and found the young girl. Garcia-Rameriz reportedly shot her several times in the head.

Garcia-Ramirez remains in custody in the Bexar County jail in San Antonio without bond. He faces two counts of capital murder.

ICE placed an immigration detainer on the Mexican national.

This is not the first time a Mexican national has gone on to commit heinous crimes after the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Antonio declined prosecution of a criminal alien.

At about the same time the DOJ refused to prosecute Garcia-Ramirez on the human smuggling charges, prosecutors in the San Antonio DOJ office declined to prosecute Nicondemo Coria-Gonzales, a four-time previously deported illegal alien from Mexico. ICE officials requested the Mexican national be prosecuted for illegal re-entry after deportation. Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers were left with no option but to deport the man again. He returned a few months later and began a crime spree leaving at least nine Austin women assaulted and raped, Breitbart Texas reported.

President Barack Obama appointed Richard L. Durbin, Jr., as the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas in December 2014. He remains in that position following the swearing in of President Donald Trump in January.

The new Admin needs to flush the Anti-Law appointees out of the Immigration and Enforcement departments. As far down as they can.

I don't see it happening yet. :x
