Liberals don't care about lawsuits. It aint their money. You got to go after the individual democrata responsible. Bankrupt every public official from Holder on down. Of course that's never going to happen.

Yet another incident of illegal alien dreamerz murdering someone:

Three illegal immigrants charged with murder of Va. student

By Andrea Noble - The Washington Times - Tuesday, September 8, 2015

Three illegal immigrants were arraigned Tuesday on charges related to the killing of a 17-year-old high school student in Loudoun County.

A 17-year-old, whose name has not been released because he is a juvenile, is charged with second-degree murder in the case. Two men, 20-year-old Henry Ernesto Dominguez-Vasquez and 18-year-old Juan Moises Aguirre Zelaya, are both charged with firearm possession by an unlawful alien and accessory after the fact to homicide.

Authorities have released few details about the shooting, that took the life of Danny Centeno Miranda, a student at Park View High School. Mr. Centeno Miranda, who had reportedly left El Salvador in 2013 to escape violence there to live with relatives in Sterling, Virginia, was shot and killed Friday morning while walking to a bus stop.

A spokesman with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that all three of the suspects in the case are undocumented immigrants. Spokesman Kraig Troxell was unable to confirm the immigration status of the victim.

Burke Walker, an attorney appointed to represent Mr. Dominguez-Vasquez, said Tuesday that he had few details about the case as he had yet to meet with his client or to obtain case documents from the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.

All three of the defendants in the case remain held in custody, according to Mr. Troxell. The two adult defendants have preliminary hearings set for November 5, according to online court records.

The Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney’s Office declined Tuesday to provide details on the juvenile’s case status. Over the weekend, Commonwealth Attorney James Plowman said he intends to try the 17-year-old as an adult.

Officials have not commented on the motive in the shooting, indicating that the homicide remains under investigation and that additional arrests are possible.

In Wake of Pier 14 Shooting, Homeland Secretary Blasts San Francisco's Sanctuary City Policy
The shooting triggered a national debate over immigration after it was revealed that the San Francisco Sheriff's Department had released Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez despite a federal request to detain him for possible deportation.

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson on Tuesday criticized San Francisco's policy of not cooperating fully with immigration officials, calling it counterproductive and unacceptable.

The city's sanctuary policy has come under scrutiny since the shooting in July of Kate Steinle as she walked with her father and a family friend along the San Francisco waterfront. The shooting triggered a national debate over immigration after it was revealed the man charged in the killing, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, had been deported five times to his native Mexico and was out on the streets after San Francisco officials disregarded a request from immigrations authorities to keep him locked up.

"It is counterproductive to public safety to have this level of resistance to working with our immigration enforcement personnel,'' Johnson said during a talk at The Commonwealth Club in downtown San Francisco.

San Francisco's sanctuary law prohibits city employees from helping federal authorities with immigration investigations or arrests unless required by law or a warrant. It does not prohibit local law enforcement from informing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement that they've arrested someone in the country illegally for a felony offense or a person with prior felony convictions.

San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi has defended the law as a way to fight crime and promote trust. He said after Steinle's slaying that his office routinely ignores such federal immigration requests unless backed by an active warrant, and immigration officials were aware of the city's policy.

Johnson was also asked whether he had visited the pier where Steinle was shot. He said he hadn't but perhaps should to pay his respects.

A judge ruled earlier this month that Lopez-Sanchez must stand trial on a murder charge in Steinle's shooting. Lopez-Sanchez acknowledged shooting Steinle but said the gun he found under a bench fired accidentally.

Pfff...

Maobama appointee Jey, and the DHS, won't do a goddamn thing to change the status quo. The Democrats want to cater to illegals to get votes.

They'll pay some lip service to how bad such a thing is, and then continue supporting the policies that caused it without a hitch.

As you can clearly see... they're doing absolutely nothing but a brief press release with "criticism".

Pfft, indeed. This from the guy who is aiding the non-enforcement of about 90% of immigration law.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ACCUSED OF GRUESOME EXECUTIONS AND BURNING CORPSES IN TEXAS

by ILDEFONSO ORTIZ
29 Sep 2015

EDINBURG, Texas – One illegal immigrant has been formally charged with capital murder and another is expected to be charged soon in connection with the execution of two men and the burning of the victims’ corpses in Texas. The two jailed illegal immigrants are said to be members of a fearsome gang called the Tri-City Bombers which has been tied to multiple massacres and high profile murders in the past.

This week, investigators with the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Edwin Adrian Salinas for his suspected role in the case. Authorities had initially arrested him on unrelated drug charges, but once in custody, homicide detectives were able to link him to the double murder.

Sheriff’s office spokesman JP Rodriguez told Breitbart Texas that once in custody Salinas admitted to investigators his role in the murder. Salinas also had scar tissue on his body from healed injuries that are consistent with him helping set a car on fire.

On Monday afternoon, Salinas went before a local justice of the peace who formally charged him with two counts of capital murder and set his bond at $2 million.

Also on Monday authorities arrested a second suspect who is expected to be formally charged later this week.

As reported by Breitbart Texas, the case surrounding the murder began in May when firefighters with the Monte Alto Fire Department responded to a car on fire in rural Hidalgo County.

Once the fire was put out, authorities responded to the scene since in the trunk of the car firefighters found the bodies of 23-year-old Jose Luis Salinas Torres and 26-year-old Lazaro Alejandro Martinez Esparza.

Both men had been shot in the head at another location and then driven to the rural area where their bodies were torched along with the vehicle.

According to sheriff’s investigators the motive for the murder appears to be a drug dispute.

Information provided to Breitbart Texas by the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office revealed that in addition to the two suspects, the two murder victims were also illegal immigrants.

HOMELESS MAN CHARGED IN FIRE DEATHS WAS IN US ILLEGALLY

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A homeless man charged with setting a fire that killed five people at a vacant Los Angeles building was in the country illegally, and was arrested for drug possession days before the blaze.

Johnny Sanchez, 21, remains jailed without bail on five counts of murder. Prosecutors haven't decided whether to seek the death penalty.

They allege Sanchez set the fire Monday after having a dispute with other people squatting at a former acupuncture clinic in the Westlake area near downtown.

Three men and two women died in the fire, which collapsed the roof of the two-story building and left the bodies buried in debris.

Sanchez, a Honduran citizen, was arrested in 2012 for illegally entering California, but he was released a week later after agents determined he had no criminal history or previous immigration violations, the Los Angeles Times reported (http://lat.ms/1V525Uy ).

He was ordered to report regularly to immigration authorities, but for unknown reasons deportation proceedings never began, Virginia Kice, spokeswoman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told the Times.

Sanchez stopped reporting in 2014, but no search was made for him, and no request was made for law enforcement agencies to hold him. Such requests generally only happen when the person has a criminal history or has repeatedly tried to enter the country illegally, Kice said.

Sanchez was arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse in January and for drug possession in May and on June 8, but he was quickly released.

County coroner's officials have identified two of the fire victims as Jerry Dean Clemons, 59, and Mary Ann Davis, 44, both of Iowa.

They were from the town of Ottumwa and arrived in Los Angeles days before the fire to join Davis' son, the Times reported, citing a relative.

Another victim was known to homeless people in the area as "Jokerface" because of his broad smile.

"Jokerface was a very good-hearted person, very outgoing and very loud," Sahara McFadden, 30, told the newspaper.

She said she sometimes took care of his pit bull, Gucci, and had used drugs with Jokerface in the building days before the fire.

Neighbors said the vacant building had become a hangout for homeless people and drug users in the past two or three months. Trespassers cut their way through a metal garage door off an alleyway.

Two or three small fires also were reported in the alleyway in recent weeks.

The federal government failed in deporting the perp, failed to follow up after he stopped reporting, and then the sanctuary city policies of local government failed as well.
Now there are 5 people dead as a result.

It's a logical progression.

Counties and municipalities don't arrest illegals when they commit crimes. Arrest, detention, trial, and more detention, are very expensive. So instead, they hand them off to ICE for deportation. ICE reliably used to deport people, but then Obama changed the rules. Now, all kinds of criminals are not deported. As long as the crime is not too violent... a little criminal violence is perfectly acceptable under the current rules... the expense of deportation is excessive, and the political blowback from Latino Ethnic Nationalists is expensive to defuse. So, don't deport them.

And, as long as we commit to the DOGMA that "a wall cannot possibly be part of the solution" then it will continue to be very easy for deported criminals to re-enter the USA. And there are indeed millions of criminal illegals who have re-entered the USA after deportation. The guy who burglarized my home in 2007 had been previously deported ELEVEN times, even though he had an open warrant for failure to appear on a felony battery charge, before a judge ordered him held until trial.

So that's where it is. Solutions are expensive and also politically unacceptable to people who have consumed the multicultural kool aid. So why bother? Instead of blaming the illegals who commit crimes, and their material supporters within the USA, blame the people who don't want the criminals in their communities.
