I often like to watch the videos I have saved when I am off

This one is about the preparation of an attack at the tank battalion task force level. It focuses on the "techniques and procedures" of preparing such an attack. I have a considerate amount of literature about these techniques. While it is easier in general to find information about tactics, it is more challenging to find the more "boring" stuff about the techniques and procedures. Still, without the latter the most brilliant tactical inspiration will remain impressive just on paper and fail in real life. There is a reason why many military pamphlets and manuals talk about "tactics, techniques and procedures." The techniques and procedures include things like "troop leading procedures" (cold war terminology), 1/3-2/3 rule (during the cold war, the commanders gives subordinates 2/3 of the available time before the start of the operations so that they can develop their own plans) and so on.

And training material from OSS about undercover agents

In general the channel has hundreds of similar videos from WWII and the Cold War era.

I am not going to say any "girls" on videos are cute around here because about half of them turn out to be trannies. :)

Really good series. Not sure who it originates from; stuff seems to get reuploaded by others than those who made it for a lot of these documentaries. There are apparently 15 or 20 episodes that cover all the major phases of the war in sequence.

So funny to watch corporations bumble along trying to operate in the "new media."

Saw this linked/posted at Ace of Spades:

Man decides to run a 1/2 marathon (13 miles). So he shotguns a beer at the start, and then another beer at every mile marker after that.

His final time for the race: 1:43:42.
