We do fly fishing when it's appropriate.. but mostly stick to bigger lakes... I handed that boat off to my brother in Utah so we can use it for west coast trips... here's my latest project... a 58 Crestliner Voyager with a 58 Johnson Super Seahorse:

Mahogany ... looks really nice. And no plastic at all.

But does not look so much a fishing boat, so neat, so well kept. And no visible modifications for the fishing gear.

Lucky you. ;)

Ah, I can see. You even have an electric motor for trolling.

Smart. ;)

But you are such a troll anyway.

Very beautiful. Gotta be some kind of antique motor or retro housing too. Defintely more stylish than any boat I have fly-fished from...which would be a inflatable raft, drift boat or float/wetsuit. I spent 3 days in an inflatable raft on the Gunnison river where the pump up valve failed and we had to leave the big pump up hose in the valve..and it would pop out at every rapid and start deflating fast.

That would never work in California because the air pollution rules require "low volatility" lacquers (non oil based). It would blister up after two uses.
