PS. I just can not believe that you think that it is just and right that a woman who is shot in stomach is charged for manslaughter. That is crazy, Southern Sudan crazy.
PPS. This "what is not just and right can not be a law" is an advice for the judges in Finland.

I wasn’t a member of the grand jury that indicted her.
They had access to more of the evidence, more of the facts, than you or I do.

Another jury will decide whether she is guilty or not.
They will also have access to all the evidence (whereas you and I currently do not).
I will place my trust in the jury.

Weird, Alabamistan weird as I said. ;)

Contractor says suspect in kidnapping and killing of Utah college student Mackenzie Lueck wanted secret room built

A construction contractor says the primary suspect in the killing of University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck approached him in April about building a secretive and soundproof room under a front porch.

Brian Wolf told the Desert News that the construction request from homeowner Ayoola A. Ajayi made him uneasy and included hooks mounted high on a concrete wall for reasons that didn't make sense. Wolf turned the job down and reported the encounter to Salt Lake City police after seeing news reports Friday of Ajayi's arrested in Lueck's death.

Salt Lake City Police spokeswoman Christina Judd confirmed Saturday that Wolf recounted the story to detectives.

"We don't have any reason to discount his story," she said. "We actually really appreciate it."

A SWAT Team arrested Ajayi on Friday. Police said he will be charged with aggravated murder, kidnapping, obstruction of justice and desecration of a body in the death of 23-year-old Lueck.

At Ajayi’s property, police found a “fresh dig area,” burned human remains that matched Lueck’s DNA profile and charred items that belonged to her.

A judge has ordered Ajayi held without bail. It was not known if he has an attorney to speak on his behalf. He had not returned previous messages from The Associated Press prior to his arrest.

Wolf said that Ajayi wanted the requested soundproof, secret and secure room to be equipped with a fingerprint lock.

According to the contractor, Ajayi explained that he wanted to listen to loud music and to hide alcohol from a Mormon girlfriend.

Lueck disappeared on June 17, after she returned from a trip home for her grandmother's funeral and took a Lyft ride from the airport to a park north of Salt Lake City.

Salt Lake City Police Chief Mike Brown has said that Ajayi acknowledged texting with Lueck around 6 p.m. on June 16, but denied talking to her later, knowing what she looked like or having seen any online profile for her — despite having several photos, including a profile picture.

RIP Mackenzie Lueck.
Condolences to the family and friends.

Nigerian Accused of Murdering Mackenzie Lueck Came to U.S. on Student Visa

JOHN BINDER
30 Jun 2019

A Nigerian native accused of murdering 23-year-old University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck first arrived in the United States on a student visa, Breitbart News has learned.
Nigerian native Ayoola Adisa Ajayi, 31-years-old, was charged this week with allegedly murdering Mackenzie Lueck in Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 17 after she had just returned from California where she attended her grandmother’s funeral. Police said Ajayi and Lueck had been texting the day before Lueck went missing and neighbors reported that Ajayi had created a burn pile in his backyard on June 17 and June 18.

When investigators searched Ajayi’s home and conducted an excavation in his backyard, they found human tissue from Lueck and multiple personal items from Lueck. Ajayi has now been charged with aggravated murder, aggravated kidnapping, and desecration of a body.

A law enforcement official confirmed to Breitbart News that Ajayi first entered the U.S. from Nigeria on July 16, 2009, on a student visa, known by federal immigration officials as an F-1 visa. University officials have told the media that Ajayi, though attending the University of Utah between 2009 and 2017, never got a degree.

After remaining in the country on the F-1 visa, Ajayi adjusted his status to become a “lawful permanent resident,” otherwise known as a green card holder, in 2014 after marrying an American citizen.

Sometime after adjusting his immigration status, Ajayi applied to become a naturalized U.S. citizen by claiming he served in the American military between September 30, 2015, and August 20, 2015. However, records show Ajayi never submitted any evidence to support his claim of military service.

The Salt Lake Tribune reported that Ajayi has no previous criminal history although police did investigate a rape accusation against him in 2014 but did not continue the investigation after the alleged victim told police she did not want to press charges.

Ajayi was only married to his ex-wife between 2011 and 2017 before the two separated and eventually divorced. It was that marriage to his wife that allowed Ajayi to become a green card holder in the U.S.

A judge has ordered that Ajayi be held without bail.

This past weekend at the Magic Kingdom:

Commentary from Ace of Spades regarding this incident:

Disney, The Happiest Place on Earth
—Ace of Spades

Disney's Toontown, apparently with virtually no park security, forcing visitors (with Toxic Masculinity) to step in and subdue a berserk assailant punching women all over the place.

Drifting in and out of the shot is a tall person of dubious sexual identification with a big beach-ball belly and a white shirt, white hat, and blue pants with red stripe who does nothing during this mayhem except call for more help on a walkie-talkie and leave all the actual protection of Disney patrons to park visitors.

Apparently Disney is trying to make up for the very poor attendance of its expensive new Star Wars unattraction by scheduling in some wild family brawls and inviting the general public to maintain peace and order.

Disney put out a statement declaring that it does not "condone" violence. Well, I don't know, you have barely any park security and some of them seem like Sexual Diversity Hires who don't seem capable of physical confrontation and some others don't do much except stand around and try to look busy doing anything except intervening to protect guests.

"Condone" means "accept and allow to continue." It seems like Disney does condone violence in its parks. They sure the hell don't seem to be staffing their parks to actually stop it.

Via Ethan van Sciver, who does a Zapruder Film-style analysis of the mayhem about ten minutes into this podcast, after he promotes the new Jawbreakers comic book.

This won't get much media play because Disney is powerful and will squelch anything approaching proper coverage.

A Florida man was arrested after breaking into the home of his wife's lover, tying him up at gunpoint and then cutting off his penis with a pair of scissors.

Alex Cesar Bonilla, 49, of Bell, then allegedly fled the scene with the severed appendage, WBBH reported.

Police responded to a mobile home around an hour west of Gainesville on Sunday after the victim, named as Tomas Martinez-Gomez, called for help, according to the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office.

Gomez, 32, told officers that Bonilla, who is his neighbor, had entered his home and threatened to kill him if he resisted.

He said Bonilla then took him to his bedroom, tied him up and mutilated him.

Two children were inside the home when the gruesome attack happened, according to an arrest report.

The 'motive for this crime is still under investigation,' the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office said in a news release on Tuesday.

But the report said the assailant 'was found to have caught the victim and [Bonilla's] wife during sexual intercourse' some weeks before.

Deputies found and arrested Bonilla at around 3 p.m. at the Alliance Dairies in Brandford, where he works, WCJP reported.

Bonilla was charged with two counts of cruelty toward a child, and a count each of burglary, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, and use of a firearm, according to inmate records from the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office.

He was booked at a Gilchrist County jail on Sunday, and he is being held there on $1.25 million bond.

Gomez remains in a local hospital and is recovering from his injuries, deputies said.

Officials did not specify what happened to the victim's penis.

Deputies said in the news release that 'a county wide search for additional evidence was conducted with no result'.

One penis missing in action.

VALRICO, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office say a man who was carjacked at gunpoint Tuesday morning in Valrico has been found dead. Deputies are gathered at Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Community Center at 2620 Washington Road in Valrico, where they say they have found the body of Mathew Korattiyil, 68, of Dover.

The body was discovered by deputies behind the community center around 4 p.m. The sheriff's office isn't giving details at this time on the cause of death. Korattiyil and his family attended the Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Community Center but the sheriff's office isn't saying how his body came to be there.

Korattiyil was in his Lexus SUV in the parking lot of CenterState Bank, 1815 State Road 60 in Valrico, around 10:30 a.m. when deputies said James Hanson, 39, robbed the bank and then carjacked Korattiyil at gunpoint.

Deputies later located and pursued the Lexus, which hit another vehicle and overturned near the intersection of South St. Cloud Avenue and S.R. 60. Hanson tried to run away but was apprehended by deputies.

Korrattiyil was not in the Lexus when it crashed and the sheriff's office, joined by the FBI, had been searching for him all afternoon.

The sheriff's office said Hanson is wanted for armed robbery and several other violent crimes out of North Carolina.

[news video from a press conference done by the Sheriff's office at above linked article]

The bank that was robbed is adjacent to the strip mall location of the supermarket that I shop at.

The intersection where the perp crashed the Lexus and was caught is about a 10 minute walk from where I live.

I might need to re-examine applying for a Florida concealed carry permit. :(
