ND man accused of shoplifting $4,000 in merchandise from Hobby Lobby
By Barry Amundson on Jan 4, 2018 at 2:58 p.m.

MINOT, N.D. -- A 22-year-old Minot man faces felony shoplifting charges, accused of putting $4,000 in merchandise from Hobby Lobby in a shopping cart over a seven-hour period, fleeing the Minot store and then running from the parking lot when his cart got stuck in the snow.

Dustin Johnson was arrested in the incident and is in the Ward County Jail awaiting his first appearance in court.

Minot police said Hobby Lobby employees reported a male shoplifter about 7 p.m. Wednesday night, Jan. 3. While attempting to flee with the shopping cart filled with the merchandise, Johnson’s cart became stuck in the snow and overturned in the parking lot, police said.

Police said the man then tripped and fell, abandoned the cart and merchandise and fled on foot.

Officers said they found Johnson’s wallet near where he fell, with his ID photo matching the description of the shoplifting suspect.

Police then went to the Johnson’s home where he was arrested.

Master criminal thwarted by Mother Nature.

Esteban Loaiza was a major league baseball pitcher. He won 126 career games, including 21 wins in 2003 for the Chicago White Sox. He finished in 2nd place for the Cy Young Award in 2003, and earned a spot on the All Star team in 2003 and 2004. His last season in the majors was in 2008.

What has he done since then?

Maybe the MLB pension plan isn't adequate?

Top ICE lawyer charged with stealing immigrants' identities

By Susan McFarland | Feb. 14, 2018 at 10:03 AM

Feb. 14 (UPI) -- A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement attorney has resigned and faces federal charges he stole immigrants' identities and used the information to get credit cards.

Raphael Sanchez, ICE's chief counsel in Seattle, Wash., was charged with wire fraud and aggravated identity theft in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Along with stealing identities, he is accused of defrauding creditors in the scam, which allegedly took place for four years -- from roughly October 2013 to October 2017.

A court document shows Sanchez is accused of stealing the identities of seven people involved in immigration proceedings and then pilfering from American Express, Bank of America, Capital One, Citibank, Discover and JPMorgan Chase.

"Sanchez devised and intended to devise a scheme .... Using the personally identifying information of seven aliens in various stages of immigration proceedings with the United States Immigrant and Customs Enforcement to obtain money and property by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses," according to the court document.

A Justice Department spokesperson said Sanchez resigned Monday, the day he was charged.

I wonder if Mr. Raphael Sanchez, Esq. will retain his federal pension (should he be convicted of his offense)?

MS-13 Member Arrested after Brandishing AK-47 to Stop Traffic, Say Florida Police

Image

by BOB PRICE
20 Feb 2018

Sheriff’s deputies in Hillsborough County, Florida, arrested a “certified MS-13 gang member” after he allegedly brandished an AK-47 in the middle of a road in an attempt to stop traffic. The gang member is a previously convicted felon who could not legally own or possess the weapon.

Hillsborough County Deputies assigned to a Wimauma, Florida, district received calls for assistance from motorists who reported being threatened by a man in the roadway with a rifle. Complainants stated the man brandished the weapon in an attempt to stop traffic, according to information obtained by Breitbart Texas by the office of Sheriff Chad Chronister. The callers said the man stood in the street with the rifle and yelled at them to stop. He also reportedly jumped in front of cars in an attempt to make them stop.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they said they observed a Hispanic male walking near a truck with the rifle in his hands. The deputies ordered the man to drop the rifle. The suspect allegedly refused to comply and fled on foot into a nearby wooded area.

A search assisted by a K-9 and a county helicopter uncovered a Norinco SKS AK-47 rifle. Deputies later found a green bag carried by the suspect. The bag reportedly contained three baggies of crystal methamphetamine, four meth pipes, and five .38 caliber rounds.

As the search continued, deputies eventually located the suspect the following morning and took him into custody without incident.

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office spokesman, Corporal Larry McKinnon told Breitbart Texas he believes the AK-47 is semi-automatic only. He said the rifle has not been reported stolen and his department has not yet determined its history or how a previously convicted felon came to possess it.

Deputies identified the suspect as Raul Garcia, Jr. Officials described Garcia as a 21-year-old U.S. citizen who is a “certified MS-13 gang member.”

Court records obtained by Breitbart Texas show that Garcia has a criminal history that includes a felony conviction he received as a juvenile. This conviction would bar him from legally purchasing or possessing a semi-auto AK-47 rifle.

He is currently in the Hillsborough County jail on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, four misdemeanor counts of “Unlawful Advertisement of Drug Paraphernalia,” a misdemeanor county of “Improper Exhibition of a Dangerous Weapon,” a misdemeanor count of loitering or prowling, three misdemeanor counts of “Resisting an Officer Without Violence,” and a felony count of “Felon in Possession of a Firearm.”

Didn't he realize that as a convicted felon it was illegal for him to possess a firearm?????/

Georgia Woman Burns Down 20 Homes After Losing Her House In A Divorce

posted by Bill Gallucico - 4 days ago

WSB-TV reports that Satterly set the fire and then left the house with her two cats. Authorities say she walked for over an hour to a local Walmart, where she called 911 to report the fire.

Her home was one of four houses that were destroyed, while 16 others suffered damage. Luckily, only one person was injured in the massive fire.

“Despite the massive property damage, only one minor injury was reported,” the Paulding Fire Department said.

Police arrested Satterly, who was charged with 14 counts of first-degree arson and three counts of aggravated animal cruelty. Two dogs and one cat died as a result of the fire.

Yolanda Woodland was the owner of the two dogs that died and said she is heartbroken.

“I lost my two dogs, which is the hardest thing because material things can be replaced. But my dogs is my… that breaks my heart,”

Her daughter, Auzalea Godfrey who lost everything in the fire, said the flames moved very quickly.

"The house next door, the whole thing was already engulfed in flames, our living room and kitchen was already on fire," she said. "Within two minutes, the house was engulfed in flames. I mean it went really quick."

Satterly is locked up in the Paulding County Jail, where she is being held without bond.

DREAMer Arrested For Threatening To ‘Shoot All Of Ya B*****s’ At New York High School

Abigail Hernandez, a 21-year-old New York woman, was arrested for threatening to shoot students at East High School in Rochester, police announced at a press conference Friday.

According to Rochester Deputy Police Chief La’Ron Singletary, Hernandez — an illegal immigrant shielded from deportation by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — made the threat on East High’s Facebook page on February 16, two days after the horrific mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

BREAKING: RCSD student, illegal immigrant charged with making threat against East HS http://bit.ly/2CfOufo

2:03 PM - 23 Feb 2018

Though East staff members reported the threat that day, police did not arrest Hernandez until February 20, as the threat was made through a fake Facebook account she created in January.

The threat from the fake account read, “I’m coming tomorrow morning and I’m going to shoot all of ya bitches.”

Upon searching Hernandez’s home, Rochester police officers discovered a shotgun.

Hernandez was charged with making terroristic threats. When asked by ABC, Rochester City School District officials could not answer why Hernandez, 21, was enrolled as a student.

“Sadly, in wake of the recent Parkland, Florida tragedy, schools across the country have been grappling with social media threats intended to instill fear and anxiety,” East High School superintendent Shaun Nelms said of the incident. “While we cannot comment on this particular police investigation around a threat made to East, I want to stress how fortunate we are to be part of a community in which the police department works closely with schools to ensure the safety of the entire school community.”

“We remain very grateful to the Rochester Police Department for their partnership and for keeping us well informed throughout the entire process. Their presence on campus last week and their guidance on how to best keep staff and students safe during this efficient, successful police investigation reiterates their ongoing support. As always, the safety of students and staff is our top priority.”

Rochester reaffirmed its status as a sanctuary city in January, despite threats from the Trump administration that the city could lose federal funding.

There are so many problems here it is difficult to know where to begin:
---threatening to shoot up a school
---illegal alien
---protected under DACA
---in a sanctuary city

The Feds have commenced deportation proceedings against her:
https://www.democratandchronicle.com/st ... 372485002/

Abigail Hernandez's parents say 'she's not a terrorist'
Of course she isn't....

And if that isn't enough to muddy the waters here ""She's not right mentally" and a special needs student.

Its ok though...several community activist groups, including the Rochester Democratic Socialists of America (ROCSDA) have stepped up on her behalf.

Add to her crimes that she was apparently beaten nearly to death by the ugly stick.
