It would be interesting to see the result of all the pending lawsuits. The basic premise is this:
Facebook's policy is to ban anyone promoting violence.
Therefore, being banned by Facebook is equivalent to being publicly accused of promoting violence.
Therefore, Facebook has the burden of proof for two things:
1) To show proof that the banned user promoted violence.
2) To show that ALL users that have promoted violence have also been banned. ANTIFA for example has documented examples of organized violence and even uses Facebook to recruit and organize these protests but has NOT been banned.

Otherwise, you have a very strong defamation of character case.

If the result of these meetings with Trump can somehow put the weight of the Whitehouse behind these lawsuits, they may actually have a chance against Facebook's army of lawyers.
