TY Sir for the Link. I have seen you guys in SOW lobby many times glad we finally got acquainted.

I personally have been playen sow for bout 6 months, have just about burned my self out on "Ranking Ladder" at sowmp. Some of us guys are considering a tournament, using the "offline gcm launcher." ( found in norbsoft forums) Not sure if you guys have heard of it. It is independent of GCM campaign troops launcher. Host is only one who needs to have it. Just 3 days ago... started a website for keeping up with tourney points and am working on another ranking system that would reset every quarter.

http://45thnarsowmp.guildlaunch.com Website is in its infancy we personally play alot of different games also. We use both ts 2 and ts3 for coms. Hopefully we can game soon feel free to share info with your fellow players.

Catch ya later ,
45th{NAR}™ Wales

I checked out that website link he provided---I attempted to register for it but think I am waiting for an approval.

I would suggest you shoot him an email confirming the list of mods that we use and hopefully he can get those squared away.

I registered, waiting for approval.

Nice battle yesterday. 2ndacr, you did a great job with the OOBs and random. Good challenge. I'll post some screen pics later.

I received my approval and now am the 3rd person registered there.
Yesterday's final battle was interesting.

The random OOB was interesting.
I think I had one brigade that had 2 regiments and another with I think like 8-9 regiments.
Didn't realize until well into the battle that I had a sharpshooting regiment.
Didn't take the time at the start of the battle to go through it and check every single regiment of my 2 corps for their makeup.

I had little idea of what was going up on your end Hancock. I was getting close to mopping up against the division on the south side of the ridge that I was fighting on and was just starting to get focused on the growing struggle on the north slope of the ridge. I had one brigade on the north slope that was in a long struggle for control. What appears to have been about a brigade sized force of Rebs had crested the top of the ridge from the east and I had a fresh brigade of inf and an arty battery just about to engage those Rebs at the top in an effort to push them back off.

A few screen pics, apologies for the quality as I was in a bad place for pictures in order from top:

> View from Reb lines. The small hill in left background is where Couch's Division anchored the left flank as the Rebs approached from the rear. Fortunately, a large artillery battery was able to deploy there with a brigade of infantry just as the Rebs advanced. Able to hold that hill throughout.

> The Reb attack was pushed back, but 2 brigades were now moving into line off the screen right and preparing to advance. You can see from the casualties littering the area it was a long, tough fight. One regiment is regrouping back to the ridge as Couch reorganizes.

> From the first battle before we crashed: Sedgwick's division as he deployed to move into position on the Yank right.

A couple more:

> Again from the first battle immediately before I crashed: A new Reb division came out of the woods and aligned on the slopes opposite. Thanks to 2ndacr's generosity to the Reb's troop counts, it seemed never ending...and also a great challenge.

> This is the view from the Couch's left anchored on the hill shown in the last post. The Rebs had surprised me marching down that road near the brick building. Like Couch's batteries, they also had good artillery lines of sight on the far ridge which made the ground in between a tough place to fight it out.
